Neàpolis

Neàpolis

Public Innovation Agency for ICT, the multimedia sector, creativity and entrepreneurship

Neàpolis is a Public Innovation Agency for ICT, multimedia, creativity and entrepreneurship. It was an initiative of the Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council (Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain). The function of Neàpolis is to strengthen education, entrepreneurship and policies of economic promotion, focused on information, communication and creative technologies.

We offer a space for experimentation, incubation and growth for the city’s entrepreneurial community, promoting innovation and collaboration, mainly with ICT projects. For all of them, we provide Coworking services and a business incubator to which we offer connectivity, support and advice to facilitate their insertion into the labour market.

Neàpolis is more than a place where to develop innovation-based challenges. Our most important values are not only the services offered in our building. We feel proud of the ecosystem designed around Neàpolis, where entrepreneurs, citizens, companies, public administration and research centers work together.

Since 2006, Vilanova i la Geltrú (VNG) and its area of influence has established itself as a place to promote the innovative ecosystem, boosting ICT businesses, the media and the creative industries.
Neàpolis is part of an ecosystem in which innovation and research environments, training and technological dissemination and business activity coexist.
